UPDATE: Shortly after this visit, I found out I was pregnant. I went back and saw Dr. Smith again. Throughout my pregnancy, they rotated me through all the doctors and I can definitely say, this has been the best experience I have ever had at a medical office. Every single encounter with the staff has been amazing. Dr. Smith ended up delivering my baby back in January. Thank you to Greenville Women's for making my pregnancy so enjoyable! Had my first visit this morning with Dr. Smith after a friend recommended me to her and this office. In the first few minutes of talking with Dr. Smith, I knew she was going to be my doctor for life. She listened to my concerns and made me feel at ease. She ordered all the tests I felt I needed to get done and look forward to being her patient for many years to come.

Excellent experience with Dr. Smith and her staff. Starting with Elizabeth, check in was smooth without a wait in line. Julie was warm, caring, gentle, easy to talk with and professional. She helped make my procedure comfortable and finished in a timely manner. Carolyn was attentive and listens very well. She helped continue making me feel comfortable. She was very encouraging and warm. Dr. Smith is awesome. She explained all my procedures and test results thoroughly. I'm so happy my friend recommended Dr. Smith to me. Very professional and caring. I didn't feel rushed. Sarah at checkout was very professional too. My visit was seamless and I appreciate the flow and systems of this practice. I can't remember the lab tech and young ladies who took my vitals but they were awesome too. Thanks for making me feel like you cared.

I usually receive excellent care, and I've been pleased with my experiences as a patient for the last 5 years. Today, I am disappointed. I have a quick, one page form for a new job that just asks "Are there any limitations in hearing/vision/lifting?" and they will not complete it. I don't have a primary care physician, because I always get my yearly physicals here and I'm very rarely sick (urgent care usually takes care of it). Getting into a PCP would take weeks, and I can't miss work for weeks. The doctor who knows me best and sees me most is my gynecologist. This office should be able to complete such simple forms for their regular patients.

I do not recommend for POC. At first I thought i loved this place they were good with my GYN visits but not so great with my OB visits. Once I found out i was pregnant I called right away to schedule an 8 week appointment because that was the earliest they would see me and that was fine. So probably about a week after finidng out I had a very little amout of spotting as I wiped at that was it, but it alarmed me because this is my first time expecting. So I called in and they said they wanted to get some blood work done to make sure everything was okay, cool. I go in the following hours for bloodwork , and again the next day to see if they double. At this time I remember to be 4-6 weeks somewhere in between that time. So after I got my second bloodwork done the following day the nurse calls me and says “my Dr would like to talk to me because my numbers didnt double how they should’ve “ she proceeded to say “ Im sorry” I felt crushed and hurt. I told my boss what was going on and she let me leave work so i could go talk to my Dr.. Upon my arrival my Dr proceeded to say “ your numbers didnt nearly double so it wouldn’t be a viable pregnancy” he says “that they look for atleast 60% and my numbers only went up about 300-400! “ then he says “I have 3 options 1. Would be to wait it out , it could happen tomorrow, next week , but he didnt know when” im assuming a miscarriage. Option 2 would be he could send me mispotol over which would induce a miscarriage. Or 3 a d & n procedure . I was crushed , I already announced the news to my family and my boyfriend. I was hurt , i cried for days but I decided to wait it out .Then he said he wanted to see me again in 2 weeks.. now “ 8 weeks! So I get there and the first they the tech see’s is a heartbeat! I feel as if my Dr faoled to conduct a through clinicsl examination and I will be talking to a lawyer soon .
